By using services and products from Source Lab Indonesia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services and Use

Our services and products are intended for industrial needs (B2B). Users are prohibited from abusing services, including for illegal purposes, fraud, or without permission.

2. Order and payment

Each order is final after being confirmed. Prices can change based on quantity and market conditions. Payment in accordance with the conditions listed on the invoice or official offer.

3. Delivery and responsibility

We will arrange the delivery according to the agreement. Delays due to third parties, weather, or conditions outside our control are not our responsibility directly.

4. Product information

We provide high quality chemical products according to specifications. Users are responsible for safe use and according to regulation. MSDS is available at request.

5. Limitation of responsibility

We are not responsible for indirect losses, incidental, or consequence due to product use. Maximum compensation is limited to the purchase value.

6. Applicable law

This condition is subject to the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes were resolved at Surabaya Legal Jurisdiction, Indonesia.
